Open enrollment to the public for the upcoming school year of 2024 - 2025 begins March 1st for Primer (Pre Kinder-Kindergarten), Grammar (1st - 6th), and Logic School (7th - 8th).

Below you will find an overview of the steps involved in the Evergreen admissions process. More information on each step is given below.

 
 

4-STEP ENROLLMENT PROCESS

 
 

 
 

Step One: Gather Information

  • REQUIRED - Attend an Information Night

  • OPTIONAL - Tour the campus. This is strongly recommended for live Q&A

    • Campus Tours are on a reservation basis only. You must have attended an Information Night before taking a tour. Once you complete an Information Night, you will receive a link to sign up for a Campus Tour.

  • Click the ‘Events’ button immediately below to check for upcoming Information Nights.

 
 

 
 

Step Two: Application & Academic Assessment

  • Open enrollment to the public for the upcoming school year of 2024 - 2025 begins March 1st.

  • The Online Application can be completed by using the link sent to you after attending an Information Meeting.  This requires forms to be submitted such as transcripts (grades), church involvement and teacher references if applicable.  All families must affirm our Statement of Faith and be in agreement to our mission statement, policies, and all procedures. All forms and references must be submitted prior to being sent the Academic Assessment via email. 

  •  There  is a non-refundable, $150 Application Fee when submitting your application. 

  • After a review of the online application and receipt of all required paperwork, the students will then be scheduled for Academic Assessment. The Academic Assessment is taken at home, and administered by a parent.  Upon completion it is to be submitted via Class Reach with a signed honor and integrity statement.  Please allow up to 7 days for the assessment to be reviewed. Once the Academic Assessment is evaluated, families will receive an email stating whether or not we are moving forward with the family interview process. 

 
 

 
 

Step Three: Family Interview

  • A Family Interview will be scheduled with the ECS Board/Head of School for both parents and the prospective student. 

    • After the interview, the prospective family will be notified through email whether or not the ECS Board will be extending admission to Evergreen Classical School.

    • PLEASE NOTE: The ECS Board of Directors reserves the right to deny admission to a family and or student.

 
 

 
 

Step 4: Enrollment

 
  • If a family is offered admission, the family will be required to do the following in order to secure enrollment:

    • Complete the Enrollment Packet ( link sent via email,) and pay the non-refundable Enrollment Fee online. ( This step secures your student’s spot in the classroom)

    • Create and set up a ClassReach account (link sent via email), as well as completing the information requested within the system.

    • Complete the Summer Packet (sent out in the beginning of the summer) and attend Co- Teacher training (during the end of Summer before school begins)

    • Pay the full amount of first semester tuition. (See Tuition Payment Deadline Section in Handbook)
